The device is designed according to the IEC665 Appendix C. Apply to detect the odor degree decreased performance of the obsorb oil and fume tester. The lab is to simulate the actual environment, separately composed by the laboratory body, temperature control system ,dripped liquid system and sampling system. Temperature at the bottom inside the evaporating dish: room temperature - 200°C controllable, measuring accuracy: ±2°C. The temperature is constant at the standard state of 170ºC±10ºC during the test.
Dripping system: A peristaltic pump is used to continuously squeeze the work, for regular and quantitative dripping of liquid into the pan heated to 170°C±10°C on the electric furnace. The position of the pan is set as standard, with the distance between the drip tip and the bottom of the pan being 225 mm ± 25 mm. The odour medium is a mixture of 300 g ± 1 g of distilled water at room temperature and 12 g ± 0.1 g of butanone (analytical purity). The entire mixture must be dripped at a uniform rate within 30 min ± 15 s. At the end of dosing, the mixture in the pan should be completely evaporated at the latest 1 min.
