1. Product Description

It is designed according to the standards EN13823, ISO13943, EN13501-1, EN13238.
Performance parameters includes: the releasing heat, the amount of produced smoke, the flame spread horizontal, burning dripping and particulate matter.

The evaluation of the sample combustion performance is through the testing process with 20 min.

The test apparatus includes	combustion chamber, control room, sample frame, frame, burner, gas hood, collector and duct, smoke exhaust system and conventional measuring device, fuel gas supply control device, smoke density measuring system, gas analyze measuring system, data collect and analyze system.The overall structure includes the steel structure of the single room and the exterior wall adopts plate installation, which is easy to disassemble with modern design aesthetic feelings.
Test chamber dimensions	3.2m*3.2m*2.5m, it can set up the gate for the sample car entering and exiting
	Commercial propane gas should be used in the test and its purity is more than 95 %.( user should prepare the gas )
The burner is made up of two rectangular sandbox burners	One is located in the bottom of the car, other one is fixed on the car frame.
	The ignition source is the 31kw propane rectangular sandbox burner in the vertical corner of the trolley (the side length is 250mm, height is 80mm)
	Some parameter measurement are automatically performed, and the exhaust pipe is equipped with sensors for measuring temperature, light attenuation(smoke density), oxygen and carbon dioxide mole fractions, and air flow that causes pressure in the pipeline. Automatic data recording, automatic calculation of volume flow rate, heat release rate(HRR) and smoke production rate(SPR).
	Smoke density measurement system, it can measuring the smoke density in the test process.
	Smoke composition analysis system, it can measure the composition of oxygen and carbon dioxide(optional)
	The sample is mounted on the trolley, and it is fitted with two noncombustible plates that are perpendicular to each other. One of the noncombustible plate dimensions: height is 1.5m, width is 1.0m. And the other one height is 1.5m, width is 0.5m.
Smoke exhaust speed	0.50m³/s ~ 0.65m³/s.
Test chamber environment temperature measurement	K type armored thermocouple with diameter 1mm. Environment pressure measure: ±200Pa.
Smoke exhaust pipe temperature measurement	imported K type armored thermocouple with diameter 0.5, precision is 0.5ºC.
	Smoke exhaust pipe high precision pressure sensor, its precision is less than ±2pa.

	Computer operating software has a good human-computer interface, data is easy to recorded and query, it can print test data and display curve.
