1. Product Description
Switch lifetime tester is designed according to the relevant requirements of IEC61058, IEC60669 and the corresponding provisions of UL1054 standards.
The tester is supporting use with the SH9403 and SH9404 series load test counter, can use to go for the electrical load life testing of all devices switches. Using the Cylinder driven approach, Through slide - bar movements and the pull block installed on the slide - bar (Can change to other forms of the structure block to do the other forms of switches) on the button and the pull switch to go on the repeat moves, after completing to do the durability test of the switch ,the intelligent Control System, can achieve the set of all parameters and the state show; Test pulse and the put through load time can be set and control by the controller. When the power load put through time and the cut off time of the tested sample exceed some set time (usually 5S, adjustable) or frequency. The testing machine will automatically cut off the load power and give out the warning signal.
