1. Product Description

It is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirements chapter 28.1.2 figure 40 in IEC60884, used for the plug bolt insulation sleeve abnormal heating test.

The test device is consisted of insulation plate A and metal part B	the gap between A and B is 3mm
The positive surface of the insulation plate A is round and flat	the diameter shall be equal to 2 times as the maximum allowable size of the plug and the thickness is 5mm
The metal part B	made of brass, length is at least 20mm, the shape shall be consistent with the maximum contour line specified in the standard binder.
The pin hole size of the metal part B	shall be 0.1mm larger than the maximum size of the plug specified in the standard operating page, and the gap should be consistent with the standard operating page,and the jack shall be deep enough.
Thermocouple temperature range	0~200ºC, temperature degree of accuracy: ≤±2%+2 character
