1. Product Description

According to the provisions of ISO 8191, UK fire regulations, BS5852, UFAC, EN1021, BS7175/7176/717, TB117 Section D, NFPA 260, UK Regulation. This test machine simulates the match fire flame source to evaluate the anti-ignition characteristics of soft furniture. It adopts intelligent control system, which is stable and reliable, has a good man-machine interface, convenient operation and data display.

3. Technical Parameters

 

Power supply	AC220V/5A/50Hz.
	The laboratory should be an indoor space with an area greater than 15m3 and air convection. Test room to install safe smoke exhaust measures.
Ignition source system	Burner: A stainless steel combustion tube with an inner diameter of 8±0.1 mm, an inner diameter of 6.5±0.1 mm, and a length of 200±5 mm.
Connection hose	length 2.5 - 3m, internal diameter 7 ± 1mm, connected to the stainless steel combustion tube.
Flow control system	flow sensor (high accuracy), flow micro-regulation valve, solenoid valve and pressure regulator valve, connected with acetone and butane cylinders.
	The flow rate of the flowmeter calibration should be sufficient to measure the flow of acetone or butane gas at 25°C to 45±2ml/min.
